Ownership of Photos

All digital photos displayed in this gallery are the sole property of Donna Martin of Kuddly Kangaroo Nursery. As the artist, I retain full ownership of all original images, including those provided for client use. By accessing this gallery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of ownership.

Authorized Use

Clients may download and share photos of their reborn baby for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing is allowed as long as the photos are credited to Kuddly Kangaroo Nursery.

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized use of my photos for any commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using my photos to promote, market, or sell products not created by Kuddly Kangaroo Nursery.

• Altering or editing my photos in any way that misrepresents their original artistic intent.

• Uploading or redistributing my photos on third-party websites, marketplaces, or stores for resale or promotional purposes.

Enforcement

Any unauthorized use of photos, including commercial exploitation or resale, will result in immediate legal action to protect my rights as the original artist.
